Bangladesh will no more to bow to any entity, Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman has said it.

He said it on Thursday (27 August) while replying a query from B-Baria-2 MP Rumin Farhana.

Through the speaker, Rumin Farhana questioned that how Bangladesh will be benefitted by joining the much discussed ‘Makkha Pact’.

She said also that there are huge discussions over Bangaldesh’s joining on the military treaty.

On reply, foreign minister said, Bangladesh is considering the pact as a positive matter. It is a matter of self-defense of the world Muslim family.

The issue of Bangladesh’s joining of the pact is depend on the whish of its member countries.

Saudi Arabia Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, Turkiye President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has signed the pact on 7 August, after discussion the issue in the last one year.

As the pact was signed in the holy Makkah, the most resected and holiest city to the world Muslims, it has achieved huge significance, besides of its strategic military significance.

The matter has attained colossal discussions across the globe.
