Bangla daily Asia Post coming soon to market; 62 people to be appointed
After running online news and multimedia platform, Asia Post is bringing its print version as “Dainik Asia Post” soon.
The up-coming Dainik Asia Post is looking for hard laborer, devoted media workers. It will appoint 62 manpower for six departments of the print version media.
The appointment advertisement was published in the Asia Post Online on Wednesday (4 November), while it is published in the English version of the online on Thursday (5 November).
Reporting Section
The upcoming Bangla daily will appoint 25 people in its reporting section. Among them 5 people will be appointed as Senior Reporter in different bits including political, business and economy, crime, anti-corruption commission (ACC), NBR and Secretariat.
It has required experiences for 7 to 10 years in certain bit for the post of senior reporters.
It also will appoint 15 Staff Reporters and five Junior reporters. Staff reporters needed 5 to 7 years’ experience in the certain bit, while the junior reporters needed 1 to 2 years’ experience.
Editing Section
The daily is looking to employ 18 journalists for its editing section. Among them, 2 people will be appointed as copy editor with 7 to 10 years working experience. 4 Senior Sub Editor with 5 years’ experience. 7 Sub Editor with 3 years’ experience.
It also will appoint 5 Editing Assistant with 5 to 7 years’ working experience.
Graphics Section
Dainik Asia Post will appoint 6 people in two categories in Graphic Design Section. One of them as Head of Graphics with 5 to 10 years’ experience in print media graphic section.
Besides, five persons will be appointed as Senior Graphics Designer or Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years’ experience in graphic design section in print media.
Marketing Section
The daily will appoint six persons in two categories in marketing or sells sections.
Among them, one person will be employed as General Manager (Marketing), with minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience and five marketing executives with minimum 3 years’ experience.
Circulation Section
Besides, one circulation manager will be appointed, 5 to 7 years’ experience required.
Research Section
The daily will appoint one people as Head of Research with the requirement of 7 to 10 years’ experience.
It also is searching 5 Research Executive with 2 years’ working experience.
The daily required graduate or post graduate candidates for every posts.
The wages and other facilities will be fixed as per the candidates’ capabilities (as per Wage Board).
