Himi pokes co-actors saying 'Japantina: Don't Be Sad'

As the FIFA World Cup continues, celebrities from the entertainment industry have been expressing their excitement, support, and emotions for their favorite teams across social media and in personal conversations.
Actress Jannatul Sumaiya Himi, a passionate Brazil supporter, has been sharing her feelings online since the tournament began. On Monday (June 29), she once again celebrated her favorite team's victory.
Brazil secured a thrilling 2–1 win over Japan to advance to the Round of 16, and Himi's excitement reached a new level following the victory.
Taking the opportunity, Himi playfully teased her fellow actor and friend Niloy Alamgir in a Facebook post. Niloy, a devoted Argentina and Lionel Messi fan, had previously trolled Himi over Brazil's performances. This time, Himi appeared to have taken sweet revenge.
Sharing a photo of herself with Niloy on Facebook, Himi captioned it:
"The master's final blow comes at the end. Don't be sad, Japantina."
The term "Japantina" is a humorous blend of Japan and Argentina, poking fun at Argentina fans by jokingly associating them with Japan after Brazil's victory.
Meanwhile, on Monday night, Niloy posted a photo of himself wearing a Brazil jersey and wrote:
"Let Brazil win, because Argentina will need an easy opponent in the semifinals, won't they?"
Just like their on-screen chemistry, the friendly banter between the two stars in real life has been attracting plenty of attention from social media users.
Recently, Himi also shared why she supports Brazil, saying:
"I've supported Brazil since childhood. Back then, I didn't understand football very well. I saw that both my father and my brother supported Brazil, and I was also a huge admirer of Kaká. Altogether, that's why I've always supported Brazil."
