UCD-7 holds reunion, workshop and reception

The newly formed committee of the Coordination Council of the Department of Social Welfare (UCD-7) organized a reunion, exchange of views, workshop on future work plan and reception ceremony in Dhaka.

The program was held recently at Buffet Carnival Restaurant, Satmasjid Road, Dhanmondi.

Coordination Council President and former Additional DIG Md Mizanur Rahman, General Secretary and Social Services Officer Md Azizul Islam, Treasurer and CEO of Rainbow Aid Bangladesh K M Masud, Vice-President Md Barkat Ullah, Joint Secretary Md Ashrafuzzaman, Vice-President Harun-or-Rashid, Vice-President Tahura Khanam, Executive Member Akbar Hossain, Literature and Cultural Secretary Reshma Parvin Tinni and Adviser Abdur Razzak were present at the event besides a number of other notable members of the society.

The program included discussion on the activities of the newly formed committee, future programs and ways of enhancing coordination among members. In addition, crests were distributed to the guests and members present at the function as a token of respect and appreciation for their contributions.
