Court granted 10 days remand for most wanted top terror of Chattogram, Mobarak Hossain alias David Imon.
He was arrested in two cases of Fatichhori police station over killing and illegal weapon laws.
Chattogram Judicial Magistrate Mohammad Motasim Billah’s court has passed the remand order after hearing.
Mobarak Hossain Imon is the son of late Md. Musa in Kanchannagor area of Fatikchhori, Chattogram.
Additional Police Superintendent (DSB) Md. Junaet Kawsar confirmed the matter saying police applied for 14 days remand to inquire Imon in two separate cases, after hearing the court grant 10 days remand.
